Rocklin, Calif.- William Jessup University recently announced the signing of Nate Holt for the Men’s Basketball program.Â
Holt, a 6′ 8” forward, was a member of the Forest Lake Christian High School team last season, leading them to the first round of the section playoffs, finishing with a league record of 12-2 and a 17-11 record over all. Nate was voted First Team All League while playing for Coach Dave Thomas. Nate transfers from California Baptist University where he attended this last fall. He averaged 15.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 5.2 blocks per game in high school.
WJU Head Coach, Aaron Muhic, is very excited about the recruits future, “Nate is a very special basketball player and will fit in well with our campus community. He will especially provide shot blocking and inside-out scoring. He will be an excellent student-athlete at William Jessup University. I look forward to working with him and know that Nate is going to help our program continue to grow in a very positive direction.’Â
