Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard opens Roseville office

Roseville, Calif- Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard (KMTG) announces the opening of its fifth office, which will be located in Roseville. The Roseville office will expand the firm’s business and estate planning practices in fast growing and economically vibrant south Placer County.

The office doors opened October 1, 2010 and a “grand opening/welcome” celebration will be held at the Roseville Chamber of Commerce office on Thursday, November 18th, 2010. The office was opened in an effort to service the firm’s expanding public and private client base in Placer County. Several members of the firm, including Edward J. Tiedemann, Business Services Practice Group Manager Bruce A. Scheidt and Board of Directors Member Michelle L. Cannon will join the Roseville office this fall to support the firm’s Placer County clients.

“We are pleased to expand KMTG into Placer County, as it gives us the opportunity to service existing clientele in this area, and to create relationships with businesses that can benefit from our expertise,” says Addison Covert, the firm’s Managing Shareholder.

“Our firm is one of the few in the region that has continued to grow in this economy. It’s become a necessity to expand our office locations, and to add attorneys to support our growing client base.”The opening of the Roseville office coincides with the addition of Randall R. Wilson to the firm as a shareholder. Mr. Wilson is a native of Placer County and has practiced in Roseville for over 25 years. He is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada, is a Certified Public Accountant and is certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. In addition to his estate planning practice, Mr. Wilson serves as general counsel to many companies located in Placer County. He currently serves on the boards of directors of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and Seniors First, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Granite Bay.

“I have known and worked with members of KMTG for a number of years, and am excited about the opportunity to participate in its expansion into Placer County” says Wilson. “I look forward to offering the expanded range of services provided by KMTG to my existing business clients.”

KMTG has been an integral part of Placer County since 1959 through its representation of Placer County Water Agency (PCWA), which is the firm’s first and longest client. Edward Tiedemann has represented PCWA for over 50 years and continues to provide advice and counsel on water matters. Roseville Chamber of Commerce President Aldo Pineschi supports KMTG’s expansion, stating, “The Roseville Chamber of Commerce welcomes Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard to Roseville. We are enthusiastic that a long-standing, full service law firm is joining Placer County to offer businesses and members of our community over fifty years of legal expertise.”
