Lions Clubs International Charter a New Club in Lincoln, California
Lincoln, Calif. – A new Lions Club comes to the city of Lincoln California. The Lincoln Hills Lions Club has been chartered by Lions Clubs International on July 28, 2010 with 24 men and woman Charter Members. The new club is sponsored by the Lincoln Lions Club.
The Lincoln Hills and Lincoln Lions Club will celebrate the charter night on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at the McBean Park Pavilion.

During the ceremonies Past International President Kay K. Fukushima will induct the new members as Lions and install the new officers of the club. District Governor Richard Wilmot will present the members of the new club with their official charter. Our keynote speaker will be Bob Smith our new Lions International Director.
Members of the Lincoln Lions Club, who is sponsoring the Lincoln Hills Lions Club, will be on hand to congratulate the members of the new club.

The Lincoln Hills Lions Club plans to be involved with the Ride to Walk facility on Highway 193, Lincoln. Ride to Walk is a unique horseback riding program that provides therapy and recreation for neurologically challenged children. The club will also be involved with the Student Speakers Contest for high school students, a Peace Poster Contest for secondary schools, collection of used eyeglasses and other needs of our Lincoln community.
