Rocklin PD Detectives have arrested two more women in the August 27, 2012 armed robbery of a Dollar Tree store on Lonetree Blvd. in Rocklin.
Detectives located and arrested Tisha Prout in Wyoming with the assistance of local authorities there. She left California shortly after the robbery and was arrested after stepping off Greyhound bus in Newcastle, Wyoming. Prout is in custody in Wyoming while she awaits extradition back to Placer County.
Acting on anonymous tips, Rocklin detectives located Tanya Starks at a residence in Del Paso Heights.
Previously arrested for this robbery were Prout and Starks’s alleged accomplices, Loriann Prout, 27, of Roseville (cousin of Tisha Prout), Victoria Micheels, 32, of Roseville and Enery Toro, 22, of Rocklin.
All five suspects are are in custody and are being charged with robbery, false imprisonment, assault and conspiracy.
