Siena Apartments in Roseville Grand

Roseville, Calif. – St. Anton Partners – a leader in the rehabilitation and development of new affordable, multifamily apartments – completed its 156-unit apartment project, Siena Apartments in Roseville (2501 Hayden Parkway), a $26 million project.  A grand opening celebration is set for May 28 from 11am to 1 pm.

Located in the sophisticated, 1,700-acre master-planned community of Fiddyment Farm, Siena Apartments is walking distance to schools, bike trails, parks, nature preserve, regional sports complex, and retail and commercial space.  Fiddyment Farm offers more schools, more parks, and more open space than any other community in Roseville.

‘We are excited to show Siena Apartments and are proud of what an attractive, desirable and livable community Fiddyment Farm has become,’ said St. Anton Principal Steven Eggert.  ‘Despite the gloom and doom about the real estate market, affordable housing is a strong because there always a need for people to find reasonably-priced living.’

St. Anton ranks eighth on a new list of the nation’s top 50 affordable housing developers compiled by Affordable Housing Finance magazine.  The ranking is up from 29th a year ago.

‘The current real estate downturn has resulted in more opportunities for affordable housing, which is great news for us,’ said St. Anton Principal Peter Geremia.  ‘We’ve focused on where the greatest need is for affordable housing, primarily in communities where there is already growth.’

St. Anton has another apartment complex, Montego Falls Apartments in Elk Grove, under construction and scheduled to open this year.  In 2010, Norden Terrace Apartments and Corsair Park Senior Apartments, both North Highlands, are planned to open.

Siena Apartments offer a clubhouse which includes a community room and high-tech business center, onsite laundry facilities, fitness center, pool, community garden and BBQ, play area, and professional onsite management and maintenance personnel.

Apartment amenities include fully equipped kitchens with designer cabinetry and energy efficient appliances, window coverings, central heat/air, cable and internet ready, hall closets, private locked exterior storage, private patio or balcony, spacious floor plans, and washer/dryer hook ups.

Affordable housing provides working families and seniors (with incomes between $25,000-55,000) with a safe, comfortable and modern apartment that is central to their place of work, shopping and other important services.
