Sonrisa Senior Living and Forthcoming Sonrisa Assisted Living and Memory Care
Roseville, Calif.- Watermark Retirement Communities is now managing Sonrisa Senior Living, Roseville’s leading senior living community with more than 200 Independent Living accommodations. Watermark has also begun leasing for Sonrisa Assisted Living and Memory Care, opening in Fall 2023. The award-winning senior housing operator will manage both communities.
Sonrisa Senior Living offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with state-of-the-art appliances and fixtures throughout. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals and amenities including a fitness center, outdoor pool, salon and green spaces. The pet-friendly community also boasts a dog park and a pet washing room.
Sonrisa Assisted Living and Memory Care will encompass 110 assisted living apartments and 26 memory care apartments. Residents will receive 24/7 care, as well as on-site wellness services and preventative health screenings. For Memory Care residents, caregivers called Nayas will guide residents in a comfortable, residential environment.
For both communities, Watermark is bringing signature programs including Gourmet Bites Cuisine, a culinary program that transforms meals into visually appealing finger foods. Watermark University will create a curriculum of classes led by residents and associates. Residents will also explore exotic destinations through Watermark’s virtual reality program, EngageVR®, and see many attractions of Sacramento and Roseville through Extraordinary Outings.
