Santa Clara, Calif.- The City of Santa Clara joined The Core Companies to celebrate the start of construction of Agrihood, an affordable housing development at 90 North Winchester Blvd.
Agrihood is Silicon Valley’s first-of-its-kind urban farm community, connecting urban living and affordable housing in the tradition of Santa Clara’s agricultural heritage.
This unique public-private partnership will provide 361 new homes to Santa Clara residents, including 181 dedicated below-market rate homes for seniors and senior veterans.
The project will feature 1.7-acres of open space and 5,000 square feet for community retail and open space for events such as a farmer’s market, book readings or live music.

Estimated completion
Tenant Selection Process begins roughly six months prior to construction completion and will be managed by our property management firm – the John Stewart Company. Construction estimated to be completed in Q3 of 2023.
