Now, the inn is elevating its celebrated culinary program with the launch of an exclusive Chef’s Table Experience – an immersive dining event designed for one couple per evening, featuring a completely personalized four-course menu served in an intimate setting.

The experience begins with a private pre-dining consultation, where the chef personally collaborates with guests to craft a menu that reflects their culinary interests while showcasing the region’s freshest seasonal offerings.
The dinner itself unfolds in a breathtaking coastal setting, where guests can breathe in the sharp scent of eucalyptus and redwood as fog rolls in from the Pacific. Over the course of the evening, the Chef acts not only as the mastermind behind each dish but also as the personal guide, serving every course and providing insights into the ingredients, preparation techniques, and inspirations behind the meal. The experience is further elevated by a prize-winning selection of fine wines and champagnes-with a bottle of Louis Roederer 2014 Cristal Brut (or another similar bottle of that caliber)-expertly paired to enhance each course.
