Roseville Expanding Sports Tourism
Roseville, Calif.- Get ready to kick off Roseville's newest destination for sports, play and community connection at the Placer Valley Soccer Complex Grand Opening on Friday, November 21, from 6:00-8:30pm.
The celebration begins with an official ribbon cutting at 6:30pm, followed by an action-packed evening of clinics, demos, food trucks and family fun.
Festivities include:
- Ribbon cutting ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
- Youth soccer clinics led by Sacramento Republic FC and Iron Rose FC
- Kids Zone soccer activities offered by Sacramento Republic FC and Iron Rose FC
- Field hockey demos and drop-in activities by Roseville Field Hockey Club
- Lacrosse demos and drop-in activities by Roseville Lacrosse
- Soccer demos by Placer United Soccer Club, Roseville Soccer Club and Rocklin FC.
- Flag football demos by Roseville Parks, Recreation & Libraries (PRL)
- Adult drop-in soccer by PRL
- Foam blaster drop-in games by PRL
- Tiny Tot and Kids Sports activities by PRL

Bring the whole family to experience this vibrant new complex where a variety of sports including soccer, lacrosse, flag football, quadball and field hockey can take the field. Grab a bite from local food trucks, enjoy music and celebrate a facility that will host everything from community games to national tournaments.
