Since the lake is small, an hour or two rental always seems to provide enough time to paddle around the lake, visit the island and grab a couple swims. The water temperatures are always about perfect during the summer and there are no gas motor boats are allowed on the lake. Life vests are strongly advised.

After time at the lake, head on over across the street to the to old-west style resort area. Complete with restaurant, snack shop, pool, sports fields and game areas, this area is a great place to kickback and relax while the kids go for a swim and explore the fun.
