This bill would specify that certain provisions of the Density Bonus Law do not require a city, county, or city and county to approve, grant a concession or incentive requiring approval of, or waive or reduce development standards otherwise applicable to, transient lodging as part of a housing development, except as specified. |

| AB-118 | Human services. This bill would, commencing July 1, 2026, require a county to pay, separate from the rebased County IHSS MOE payment, a 100% share of the enhanced federal financial participation that would have been received if the state ceases to receive that funding for the provision of services due to noncompliance of timely case reassessment for the federal CFCO program |
| AB-121 | Education finance: education omnibus budget trailer bill. This bill would require the Superintendent to, in addition to examining the budget of a county office education, review and consider studies, reports, evaluations, or audits of the county office of education that were commissioned by specified entities that contain evidence that the county office of education is showing fiscal distress |
| AB-123 | Higher education budget trailer bill. |
| AB-130 | Housing. This bill would remove the requirement that a local agency ministerially consider a permit application to construct one of the above-specified variations of ADUs, and would remove the authorization for a local agency to impose objective standards on those ADUs |
| AB-134 | Public Safety. This bill would repeal the provisions establishing the board and its responsibilities. |
| AB-136 | Courts. |
| AB-137 | State government. |
| AB-138 | State employment: state bargaining units. |
