Folsom, Calif. -Folsom City Manager Kerry Miller has appointed Elaine Andersen as the City's new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator. Andersen also serves as the Assistant to the City Manager.
As ADA Coordinator, Andersen coordinates responses to questions and concerns about ADA accessibility and disability issues as they relate to the programs, services and activities provided by the City of Folsom. Assistant City Manager and Administrative Services Director Evert Palmer previously handled similar duties.
