» Roxy, Eldorado
Eldorado’s award winning bistro, Roxy, will serve a special Thanksgiving meal with wine pairings, starting at 1 p.m. through the evening on Thursday, Nov. 26. The meal will start with a choice of cream of wild mushrooms with truffle and parmesan puff pastry bites, paired with Edi Simcic Chardonnay, Slovenia 2014; or a Thanksgiving salad with frisee and red endive lettuce and hazelnut crusted pan fried goat cheese, topped with cranberry vinaigrette, paired with Ferrari-Carano Dry Sangiovese Rosé 2017. The main course will be a roasted diestel turkey, served with Fall stuffing, roasting jus gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans almondine, paired with Domaine Bouchard Pinot Noir, France 2016. Dinner will conclude with pumpkin spice tiramisu, topped with candied pepitas and cocoa cinnamon, paired with Michele Chairlo Nivole. The meal will be available at $50 per person and an additional $30 per person to include wine pairings.
» La Strada, Eldorado
Eldorado’s award winning Italian restaurant, La Strada, will put an Italian spin to a classic Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, Nov. 26 beginning at 1 p.m. The three course prix-fixe menu will begin with a choice of starter including butternut squash bisque, with parmesan-pecan brulee and fried sage; or a Fall wedge salad, with baby iceberg lettuce, red Belgium endive, cranberries, sweet and spicy pecans, roasted acorns, red apples and pepitas, topped with goat cheese dressing. The main course will include a choice of roasted turkey with sausage-roasted chestnut stuffing, roasting jus gravy, sweet mashed potatoes. green beans and pancetta; or charred short ribs, complemented with truffle cheese risotto and roasted wild mushrooms. Apples and walnuts strudel a-la-mode will be served for dessert. The full three-course meal will be priced at $48 per person.
» The Brew Brothers, Eldorado
Eldorado’s upbeat brewpub, The Brew Brothers, will celebrate the day of thanks with an all day Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, Nov. 26, beginning at 11:30 a.m. The prix-fixe three-course menu includes a garden salad with dried cranberries, roasted pecans, granny smith apples, drizzled with white balsamic dressing; an entree of roasted turkey, served with Brew Brothers stuffing, roasting jus gravy, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and cranberry relish; and a choice of pumpkin, pecan or apple pie for dessert. The full three-course meal is priced at $25 per person.
» Cafe Central, Silver Legacy
Silver Legacy’s speciality cafe, Cafe Central, serving everything from soups and salads, Italian cuisine and an array of Asian fusion and pho, will welcome families to celebrate Thanksgiving with a three-course menu, available starting at 11 a.m. The Thanksgiving special starts with a choice of starter of roasted apples and butternut squash soup made with fried sage crema or sweet gems salad, including cranberries, goat cheese crumbles, roasted pecans, topped with apple cider-thyme dressing. The main course includes roasted turkey topped with roasting jus gravy with a side of sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, candied yams with marshmallow and cranberry relish. Dessert will include a choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie. The meal will be available for $28 per person.
