16th Annual Placer Feed My Starving Children MobilePack To Be Held Sept. 17-19
Rocklin, Calif. – Thousands of volunteers are expected to pack more than 400,000 meals for malnourished children around the world this September as part of the 16th annual Placer Feed My Starving Children MobilePack.
Moseley Collins Law Firm Sponsoring 100,000 Meals
The MobilePack’s biggest financial supporter, the Moseley Collins Law Firm, is sponsoring 100,000 meals this year – bringing its 9-year total to 1.1 million meals sponsored.
“Every day, the lives of children are at risk because of a lack of food,” said Moseley Collins, a local attorney and pastor who has been sponsoring meals since 2016. “It is our responsibility to do all we can to alleviate this suffering. We are honored to continue our partnership with local volunteers to deliver life-saving meals and make a real difference in the fight against hunger.”

Key Info
Volunteers will pack meals in two-hour shifts during three days from Sept. 17-19. The MobilePack is hosted by St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Rocklin. The site for the packing this year will be Jessup University, located at 2121 University Ave. in Rocklin.
“St. Matthew Lutheran Church is honored to serve as the event host again this year,” said Senior Pastor Luke Timm. “Every year, this MobilePack draws diverse groups of volunteers from throughout the region who come together to make a difference in the lives of children around the world. We are excited to build on the past success with this year’s event.”
