Proceeds fund vital STEAM and music programs for over 12,000 students in Roseville schools
Roseville, Calif. – The Roseville City School District Foundation (RCSDF) invites the community to its 5th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the scenic Sierra View Country Club.
This highly anticipated event raises critical funds to support STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) and music education programs in the Roseville City School District (RCSD).

Last year’s tournament raised nearly $30,000 and that momentum made a real difference in classrooms across the district. This year, the Foundation aims to go even further. Teachers submitted more Partners in Education (PIE) grant applications than the Foundation was able to fund, and the goal of the 2026 tournament is to close that gap so more students benefit next school year.
“The response from our teachers tells us everything we need to know. The demand for hands-on STEAM and music resources is growing, and our community has the power to meet it,” said Foundation President Lou Catalano. “Last year, we raised nearly $30,000, and these dollars went straight into classrooms. This year, our goal is to make sure no worthy PIE grant goes unfunded.”
PIE grants put learning tools directly into the hands of educators and students, from STEM Snap Circuits and light tables to field trips that bring lessons to life. Music education also plays a vital role, with research showing students who study music score 20% higher in math and reading. RCSDF’s mission is to ensure every child has access to these enriching programs, regardless of background.
