Amador Four Fires Festival: Wine, Fire Cuisine, and Gold Country Charm

Savor the Flames: Open-Fire Cuisine Meets Award-Winning Wines

Plymouth, Calif. — The highly anticipated Amador Four Fires Food & Wine Festival returns on Saturday, May 2, 2026, bringing together the region’s top winemakers, chefs, and artisans for a sensory-driven celebration at the Amador County Fairgrounds.

Blending open-flame culinary artistry with award-winning wines, Four Fires has become Amador County’s signature food and wine event—drawing enthusiasts from across Northern California for an immersive tasting experience rooted in tradition and innovation.

A Celebration Inspired by Global Wine Regions

The festival takes its name and inspiration from four iconic wine regions—France’s Rhône Valley, Italy, Spain, and Heritage California—each represented through thoughtfully paired cuisine and wines that reflect Amador County’s deep viticultural roots.

Guests will explore more than 100 wines, including reserve and limited-production pours, gold medal winners, and boutique selections from some of the area’s most respected producers.

Participating wineries include a robust lineup such as Amador Cellars, Helwig Vineyards & Winery, Jeff Runquist Wines, Dobra Zemlja Winery, Rombauer Vineyards, Vino Noceto, and many more representing the diversity and craftsmanship of Amador’s wine scene.

At the heart of the event is the live open-fire cooking experience, where top regional chefs prepare dishes inspired by each featured wine region. Attendees can sample flame-kissed cuisine using included tasting tickets, creating pairings that highlight the bold character of Amador wines.

Beyond wine and food, the festival also features locally brewed beer, artisan goods, and handcrafted products ranging from gourmet sauces and olive oils to jewelry, candles, and fine art.

Artisan Vendors and Entertainment

Guests can browse a curated marketplace of local vendors while enjoying live music and interactive experiences throughout the day. A silent auction adds an extra layer of engagement, offering unique items and experiences for attendees to bid on.
