Friends of the Library Holiday Books Sale
Roseville, Calif. – The Downtown Roseville Library is expanding its popular Holiday Book Sale into a six-day event this year. Traditionally a one-day sale, the 2025 Holiday Book Sale will run December 1–6 during regular library hours, ending at 3:00 p.m. on December 6.
Just in time for holiday giving, the sale will feature a wide variety of high-quality, gently used books perfect for friends, family, children—or for treating yourself. Throughout the year, volunteers have set aside an impressive selection of large-format “coffee table” books covering every imaginable subject. These gift-worthy books will be available alongside a generous collection of holiday mysteries, seasonal and general fiction, holiday crafts and cooking titles, and beautiful children’s Christmas books.

Shoppers will also find an entire room dedicated to children’s books, with most titles priced at 50 cents or $1. New books will be added daily, encouraging visitors to stop by more than once during the week-long sale.
In addition to holiday selections, the Friends’ Bookstore will offer a broad range of subjects, including a notable assortment of vintage books and military history, ideal for collectors and history enthusiasts.
The Holiday Book Sale will be held at the Downtown Roseville Library, 225 Taylor Street, and is open during all regular library hours through December 6.
