Led Zeppelin Reunion ticket demand exceeds 20 million

The biggest rock band in the history will take the stage for one show on November 26 (rescheduled to Dec 10) at in London’s 02 Arena.  Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham will join up in a tribute to Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun.

Demand for the show of these senior citizens of rock who have sold over 300,000,000 records since 1968, is unprecedented.

Tickets are being made available by lottery.

Registering for a minuscule chance at obtaining these tickets hasn’t curtailed demand as reports around the web show 20,000,000 people so far have registered (present company included) for just a few thousand tickets.

Good luck to those attempting to register as demand for the hottest tickets in Rock and Roll history has shuttered the registration website. Demand has been reported at 80,000 registrations a minute on Yahoo’s! website.

Led Zeppelin’s last US Tour was in 1977.
